Vegetables
Our four-season farm offers a wide variety of lettuce heads, pre-made salads, salad greens, seasonal salad/smoothie mixes, and tomatoes. We also grow arugula, spinach, kale, endive, tatsoi, pac choi, cabbage, carrots, asparagus, radish, gourmet garlic, shallots, leeks, scallions, squash, turnips, pumpkins, peppers, cucumbers and potatoes, plus much more.
Herbs and Micro-greens
We provide a well-balanced variety of herbs to compliment seasonal dishes. We know you'll be needing basil for your tomatoes and cilantro for your tacos. Our micro-green menu is ever-expanding and these tender super foods are packed with the vital nutrients that your diet needs. From garnishing avocado toast to pork chops, we are guaranteed to have the right variety to finish your dish like a gourmet chef.

Poultry & Eggs
Our humanely-raised, pastured hens forage freely in open fields and are moved frequently to fresh pasture. Access to fresh air, sunshine, and all the grass and bugs the hens can eat results in nutritionally-enriched eggs with a difference you can see and taste.
CBD Products
Jacobson Family Farms CBD flower is grown on our farm without the use of synthetic fertilizers, pesticides or fungicides. We solely use organic compost, sunlight and water. Our flower is then slowly dried in our 100 year old restored barn, meticulously trimmed, cured and packaged with Boveda Humidity packs allowing us to offer the highest quality, artisanal CBD flower on the market.
Gourmet Mushrooms
At Jacobson Family Farms, all of our cultures, grain spawn, and substrates are Certified Organic. We only produce gourmet and medicinal varieties including, but not limited to, Shitake, Lions Mane, Black Trumpet, Maitake, Wood Ear, Reishi, Pioppino, Chestnut, and Blue, Yellow, Pink, Phoenix and King Oyster. Picked at the peak of quality and handled with the care only a complete mycology geek could, we know you will grow to be as crazy about this fungi as we are!
